You will educate customers, maintain clear communications, secure permits, and manage schedules and budgets while evaluating subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven superb customer service record.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on process and updates.
• Maintain customer and client communications.
• Ensure proper permits are acquired.
• Create project schedule, timeline, and budget.
• Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
• Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.
