Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects and crews.
• Ensure accurate project scope and prepare estimates.
• Negotiate customer approval of project scope.
• Schedule and coordinate crews to provide service.
• Review job site documentation for proper billing.
• Manage production expenses including equipment.
