Job summary

360 Fire & Flood seeks a motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The role supports planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage.

You will serve as a key liaison between clients, technicians, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of admin support and 1 year in construction-related coordination, plus proficiency with MS Office and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• 1 year in construction management, restoration, property management, or project coordination preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel to outdoor job sites.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large-scale restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion of all projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules; recommend adjustments as needed.
• Assist with budget preparation, invoices, purchase orders, and tracking expenses.
• Organize project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Ensure Work Authorizations and Certificates of Satisfaction are obtained and filed.
• Support project managers in identifying and resolving issues, risks, and delays.
• Travel to job sites as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
