FRSTeam of the Ark-La-Tex is seeking a Pack Out Technician to assist clients in restoring homes and businesses after disasters. You will handle packing, labeling, and transporting affected items to our facility for cleaning and restoration, working on-site at disaster sites in the Longview, TX area.

The role emphasizes careful handling, strong communication with clients, and teamwork to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; restoration or moving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and careful handling of items.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory assessments of items to be packed out and restored.
• Carefully pack, label, and transport items to our facility for cleaning and restoration.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met during the process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in the unpacking and setting up of items once restoration is complete.
• Document all items and processes accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in restoration techniques.
• Work on-site at homes & businesses affected by disasters.
• Assist in handling of delicate items for professional cleaning & restoration.
