Service Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Property Restoration - Contents Crew Lead to oversee contents handling, packaging, and lead field technicians in restoration projects. The role emphasizes distinguishing salvageable items, coordinating with the Project Manager, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2 years of related experience, and a valid driver's license. The position includes a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Current valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass criminal background and motor vehicle history checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• MICA and Encircle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distinguish salvageable vs non-salvageable items and manage contents.
• Lead technicians on site, ensuring procedures and documentation.
• Inventory and itemize contents in detail and repackage after cleaning.
• Pack and haul contents to storage and prepare for customer return.
• Communicate proactively with staff, homeowners, and management.
