Job summary

Clean Response in Des Moines is seeking full-time Mitigation Technicians to join our restoration team. You will train with experienced staff to learn drying, mold remediation, and emergency response, with a focus on customer service.

This role requires physical labor, a valid driver's license, willingness to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule, and the ability to use hand and power tools. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy manual labor.
• Valid driver's license with clean DMV record.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call nights/weekends.
• Experience in restoration is preferred but training is provided.
• Able to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service equipment daily.
• Complete inventory for warehouse supplies.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for emergency jobs.
• Serve as point person for facility repairs and maintenance.
• Perform general labor on job sites, including emergencies.
• Assist in dry-down procedures and mold remediation.
