SERVPRO Team Shaw is expanding across Texas and seeking a Field Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is energized by helping people in their moments of need while building lasting business relationships.

The role focuses on consulting with property owners and managers after damage events, driving revenue through a full sales cycle, and coordinating with operations using Salesforce to manage pipeline and client records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in restoration, construction, roofing, insurance, or B2B sales.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to pivot between emergency response and proactive business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Must be able to travel across assigned territory; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond 24/7 to emergency leads; assess damage and outline recovery path.
• Consult with property owners to communicate SERVPRO services and insurance steps.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by building pipelines and setting appointments; perform cold calls.
• Coordinate with operations using Salesforce to track activities and manage client records.
