Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief/Restoration Supervisor in Rockford, IL, to oversee residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration.

Responsibilities include directing and supervising technicians, ensuring project completion, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers competitive pay starting at $24–$27 per hour, negotiable based on experience, plus a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Crew Chief in a fire and flood restoration company is highly desired.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, quality completion of assigned restoration cleaning projects.
• Direct and supervise the Restoration Techs and Staff Laborers.
• Ensure all required project documentation is completed.

Skills

Experience in restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning

Strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel out of town

Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT)
