Job summary

Cotton is seeking a Restoration Supervisor in Atlanta, GA to lead project crews on event-driven restoration, demolition, and construction tasks. This temporary role reports to Preston Matthews and requires hands-on leadership, safety compliance, and timely delivery of quality work.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of crew lead experience, ability to travel, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. You’ll coordinate with Project Management and assist training of agency labor on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a team lead or crew lead.
• Experience in demolition, restoration, or construction.
• Ability to travel for extended periods is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew and coordinate tasks on site.
• Meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
• Assist PM or APM in training agency labor.
• Ensure safety and company policies.
