SERVPRO Team Carpenter is hiring a Fire & Water Restoration Technician to help property owners recover from disasters through restoration and mitigation services. You’ll assist with drying, containment, water extraction, demolition, and cleanup, while following safety and IICRC standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Fire & Water Restoration Technician, you'll help property owners recover from unexpected disasters by performing restoration and mitigation services, including:

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in water mitigation, fire restoration, or related construction work
• Familiarity with restoration equipment, demolition, and drying procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
• Professional communication and attention to detail
• IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces
• Willingness to work in wet, dirty, and physically demanding environments
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a background check
