Qualifications

• Paramedic training program accredited by the Commission of Accreditation of Allied Health Educations
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Paramedic
• Unrestricted license in a U.S. state/territory
• National Registry certification preferred
• CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to FEMA personnel
• Assess and prioritize medical needs ensuring timely treatment
• Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and maintain records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and emergency response teams
• Educate individuals on health and safety during disaster situations
• Assist in setting up and managing clinical sites in disaster areas
