Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Paramedics to support FEMA at disaster sites. These are part-time, as-needed positions, but when activated, the role becomes vital for maintaining health and readiness during national emergencies.

Services will be provided 24/7 as 8-hour shifts. We seek paramedics to provide services at FEMA disaster sites on temporary assignments, delivering essential medical support to personnel working in disaster-affected areas.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care to FEMA personnel.
• Assess and prioritize medical needs and document observations.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain medical records.
• Collaborate with emergency response teams to coordinate care.
• Educate individuals on health and safety during disaster situations.
• Assist in setting up and managing clinical sites in disaster areas.
• Completion of a paramedics training program accredited by a recognized accrediting body.
• National Registry certification as a paramedic preferred; CPR/BLS, ACLS.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Paramedic.
• Must hold an unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
