Job summary

Hagerty Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Managing Associate to support clients and navigate operations within the Recovery division. You will collaborate with leadership, develop strategic plans, and help manage key functions of the Recovery division. Some travel/deployment may be required by client requests.

This role serves as a pipeline for potential future openings and may be filled from this pool as roles become available, dependent on client needs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and at least three (3) years of experience in a relevant field.
• A minimum of two years (2) of experience supporting the FEMA PA and/or IA Program.
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal presentations to clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Support local governments and private non-profits with their comprehensive recovery from natural disasters.
• Guide clients through administrative and policy challenges on large disaster recovery projects.
• Assist in drafting guidance to clients on the eligibility of FEMA PA and IA costs/activities.
