Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking Site Inspectors to support disaster recovery efforts across the United States. This on-call role documents damages to public infrastructure and supports funding determinations and recovery planning.

Work involves field, remote, or hybrid assignments; travel may be required to disaster sites. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and recovery specialists to capture data and support project formulation.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, documenting, and organizing field data.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and desktop inspections of disaster-impacted facilities.
• Document damages to public buildings, roads, bridges, utilities.
• Capture photos, measurements, site conditions for funding programs.
• Create and review site inspection reports for completeness.
• Coordinate site visits with stakeholders and maintain records.
• Support FEMA Public Assistance and other programs through inspections.
