Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in FEMA PA, strong CFR knowledge, and proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and U.S. citizenship.
• 3–5 years of FEMA PA Program experience.
• Strong knowledge of CFR Title 2 §200 and grant management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as programmatic manager for client stakeholders.
• Provide FEMA PA policy guidance to drive project strategy.
• Coordinate recovery engagements from operational and admin angles.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure procurement compliance with federal laws and CFR.
• Support multi-billion dollar disaster recovery projects across agencies.
• Perform project validations and address inconsistencies with management.
