Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking experienced Disaster Recovery / Grant Management / Public Assistance Consultants to support FEMA PA programs and other disaster recovery initiatives.

This on-call role offers remote, onsite, or hybrid deployments across the United States, with assignments ranging from short-term advisory work to extended deployments. The ideal candidate has FEMA PA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel with short notice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years FEMA Public Assistance experience or disaster recovery consulting.
• Knowledge of FEMA PA policy, eligibility, and PAPPG.
• Experience with project formulation, PW development, and grant documentation review.
• Experience responding to FEMA RFIs and with reimbursement requests.

Responsibilities

• Advise applicants through the FEMA PA lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA policies and program requirements.
• Develop and review project worksheets and grant submissions.
• Support cost estimation, documentation, and closeout activities.
• Travel as needed to client locations or deployments.
