Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Disaster Program Delivery Specialist to support FEMA Public Assistance projects. You will collect and review applicant data, schedule meetings, and coordinate transmittals through FEMA resources. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 5 years of in-field experience (2 with a bachelor’s). Travel is 100% and a US citizen with ability to obtain a FEMA badge is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Domestic travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, coordinate and review applicant data to determine eligibility and priority of assignments, including PDA reviews and document transmittals.
• Support the communications process with applicants by scheduling meetings and following up on FEMA requests.
• Assist in site inspections, cost reviews, and determination memos; provide updates at FEMA meetings.
