Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for the Center for Disaster Medicine (CDM) within the Emergency Preparedness and Continuity program. The role leads regional disaster health readiness initiatives, coordinating with CDM leadership and external partners to deliver critical readiness projects from concept to completion.

Ability to develop plans, milestones, and deliverables and track progress.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple CDM projects and initiatives, aligning with partners to deliver outcomes.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
Facilitate meetings, create agendas, track decisions, and report progress to leadership.
Document Deliverables and maintain program artifacts for decision-making and audits.
Represent CDM in regional and national groups to advance priorities.
Oversee Patient Movement capability readiness, onboarding volunteers, and workforce planning.
Support response operations as on-call Duty Officer and in activations.
Contribute to after-action reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
