Job summary

Dynamic Group is seeking a proactive Corporate Paralegal & Legal Coordinator to support its General Counsel and legal function. The role manages company-wide legal intake, organizes contract and compliance workflows, tracks deadlines, coordinates signatures, and maintains legal records with confidentiality and judgment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as paralegal or equivalent legal support role.
• Experience in construction, government contracting, disaster response, or corporate legal departments is preferred.
• Notary commission preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Strong ability to self-manage, prioritize, follow up, and close loops without constant direction.
• Excellent written communication, practical judgment, and discretion with privileged information.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company-wide legal intake process and matter tracker.
• Review incoming legal requests daily and determine next steps.
• Convert scattered email chains into organized legal matters and document status.
• Prepare decision-ready summaries for General Counsel with key deadlines and missing items.
• Support contract workflows including MSAs, task orders, and NDAs.
• Ensure completeness of contracts and exhibits before attorney review.
• Track marksups, approvals, and final filings to prevent email bottlenecks.
• Coordinate execution packets and signatures, ensuring proper repositories.
