Moveras is seeking a hands-on Disassembly Lead to oversee technicians responsible for disassembly and cleaning of transmission cores in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will schedule daily work, guide processes, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing with leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills; ERP experience and proficiency in Excel/Word are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• 1-2 years of leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with manufacturing, machining, or assembly environments.
• Experience working with ERP systems and production data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Customer-focused mindset and team-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate daily disassembly and cleaning operations.
• Schedule and prioritize work to support production requirements.
• Provide daily direction to technicians regarding schedules, processes, and quality expectations.
• Train and mentor new and junior team members.
• Monitor production performance and help meet departmental goals.
• Communicate status during daily meetings.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to disassembly and cleaning.
• Maintain documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee operator-level maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Submit purchase requests for materials and supplies as needed.
• Partner with materials team to maintain inventory and replenishment processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and 5S.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing SOPs and assist in new procedures.
• Provide input regarding employee performance and staffing needs.
