Casual/ Full Time/ Part Time - Woodford
Quad Care is a growing organisation specialising in Community Support Services, in the Moreton Bay Region. Quad Care delivers quality supports to our clients in their own homes. We have a comprehensive team of Human Resources, Service Coordination and Management. Quad Care support staff work alongside our Allied Health Team and provide responsive, resilient and respectful support to our clients and their families. Provide empathetic, kind and comprehensive disability in-home support to NDIS participants. You will be required to assist with a wide range of personal daily activities, such as:
- Showering, dressing
- General Housekeeping
- Sleepover shifts with active hours
- Community access and participation
- Reorientation and redirection
- Emotionally aware, resilient and responsive to the needs of the person
- Sensitive and adaptable attitude
- Genuine and reliable with respect for the client’s individual choices.
- Respect the client’s privacy and maintain strict client confidentiality
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
- Be capable in a physically demanding role; lifting, bending, carrying, crouching etc.
In the interest of our clients, company, and your safety you must have:
- First Aid/ CPR
- Own reliable transport
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Criminal History Screening Prior to engagement
- Current Hep A, B and Flu Vaccination
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive insurance
- Completion of our induction and mandatory training modules prior to start
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience
