Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead one or more programs in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will oversee planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring objectives and budgets are met while performing direct support duties as needed.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $23 per hour, full-time, non-exempt status, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in human services or related field (or equivalent based on education).
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; may require daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle depending on location.
• Completion of required trainings and clearances (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR) within specified timeframes.
