Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 credit hours with 6 months related work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year related work experience
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Word/Outlook
• Valid driver's license with daily access to a private vehicle
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage time in high-stress situations

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring operations to achieve programmatic goals
• Coach and support individuals with disabilities to exercise choices and develop skills
• Lead and mentor direct care staff in the program
