Volunteers of America Minnesota/WI is seeking a Designated Coordinator II for a Milaca, MN residential program. The role includes supervision of staff and residents, daily program management, and on-site direct support, with a 40-hour week and a $21.00 hourly wage.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• One of the listed education routes with direct care or equivalent experience with vulnerable populations.
• Three or four years of direct care experience depending on education path.
• On-call rotation availability and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversees supervision and daily management of staff and residents in a residential program.
• Provides life skills training and guidance as needed.
• Administers medications and oversees medication administration.
• Supervises and trains staff across all shifts.
• Ensures HIPAA privacy and security compliance in resident records.
• Plans and monitors resident activities and safety measures.
• Coordinates medical, psychological and social interventions when needed.
• Maintains facility budgets, inventory and supply levels.
• Potentially transports residents as required.
