Job summary

Key Human Services is seeking a Program Specialist Trainee to join the team in Harrisburg, PA. This role involves assisting the Area Supervisor to promote the independence of individuals supported. The trainee will work with a Behavioral Health Professional to develop individual assessments and support plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• One year experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Supervisor and Direct Support Professionals.
• Enhance and promote the independence of individuals supported.
• Work closely with the Behavioral Health Professional to develop assessments.
