Opportunity Matters Inc in Sartell, MN is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee one program under the guidance of the Program Director. You will lead Direct Support staff, ensure compliance, and tailor personal care and support to each person served.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and pass background clearance.
• Obtain and maintain OMI Medication Administration certificate within 60 days of hire.
• Possess a valid U.S. Class D driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to multi-task in a team setting.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and accountability for Direct Support staff.
• Oversee program planning and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Maintain records, client information, and care plans accurately and timely.
• Oversee budget, grocery planning, and meal preparation for persons served.
• Ensure shift coverage and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Lead and mentor staff, provide on-the-spot feedback, and model professional behavior.
