Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of neighbors and the community. The role involves assisting to monitor operations to achieve programmatic goals and mentoring direct care staff.

This position supports people with disabilities to exercise choices and develop competencies, while demonstrating strong organization, collaboration, and reliability. A driver’s license and ability to work across shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 credit hours with 6 months related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of related work experience.
• Valid Driver's License and daily access to a privately owned vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist to monitor operations to achieve programmatic goals.
• Coach and mentor direct care staff in the program.
• Support persons with disabilities to exercise choices and acquire competencies.
