Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team of professionals making a positive difference in the lives of neighbors and the community.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for monitoring operations to achieve programmatic goals, coaching and supporting persons with disabilities, and acting as a lead to direct care staff in the program. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing career development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree, or 60 credit hours, and 6 months of related work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related work experience.
  • Basic computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and learn web based systems.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to respond effectively in high stress situations.
  • Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Program Coordinator assists to monitor operations so programmatic goals are achieved.
  • Coaches and supports persons with disabilities to exercise choices and acquire competencies.
  • Acts as lead and mentor to direct care staff in the program.
