Job summary

CHI Friendship is seeking a Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them lead fuller, more independent lives within the community.

You will learn each person’s goals, provide advocacy, assist with daily living, health needs, transportation, and social activities, and document progress in records. You will build plans from assessments and work to remove barriers that hinder progress.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma.
• Driver's License: ND, upon hire
• Auto Insurance, upon hire

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
• Assist people to gain skills, attend community activities, and maintain health and wellness.
• Document in records; advocate for person-centered goals and learning objectives.
• Support integration into work, volunteer, clubs/organizations and maintain natural supports.
