Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Supported Employment Specialist to provide full-cycle employment support for adults facing various challenges. This role will coordinate services within a multidisciplinary clinical team, guiding clients through disability disclosure and job placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruiting and job placement.
• At least 1 year experience working with disabled persons or mental health populations.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supportive employment services within a clinical team.
• Guide clients on disability disclosure and self-advocacy.
• Provide vocational assessment, training, and support.
