Candidates should possess a degree in a Human Service or Business-related field, experience in job coaching or disability services, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Service or Business field preferred.
• Job coaching experience preferred.
• Experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Flexible schedule—some evenings, nights, weekends may be required during job training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Works with individuals to identify vocational interests and abilities, create resumes, search and obtain jobs, learn job tasks, and retain employment.
• Communicates to understand individual goals and ambitions.
• Supports individuals in matching jobs with strengths, abilities, and interests.
• Develops and implements effective employment and training plans.
• Assists individuals in overcoming barriers and accessing supports.
