Responsibilities

• Obtain all pertinent information to evaluate claim credibility.
• Prepare written rationale of claim decisions based on contractual provisions and medical records.
• Process claims for payment and ensure timely receipt of benefits.
• Assess vocational rehabilitation opportunities with vocational staff.
• May testify in court and provide depositions related to claim disputes when needed.
