Job summary

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland is seeking a Part-Time Activity Leader to supervise and support participants with developmental disabilities during our Saturday program and related events. You will design engaging activities that foster social interaction, personal growth, and community involvement.

Hours are on Saturdays and evenings, with some weekday shifts possible. A minimum associate’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience and current First Aid/CPR certification are

Qualifications

• Competent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
• Must be well organized and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise participants throughout the program.
• Develop and lead activities based on ISP, observation, assessment and feedback.
• Facilitate activities that promote development and engagement.
• Maintain attendance records and other required documentation.
• Plan events and community outings for participants and families.
