Job summary

ENRICHMENT SERVICES PROGRAM INCORPORATED in Columbus, GA is seeking a Disabilities/Mental Health Specialist to support services by coordinating resources, monitoring outcomes, and developing educational plans. The incumbent will provide training and technical assistance to staff in early childhood services.

The role requires a BS in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience; an LPN certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Health Child Development, Health Science or related field is required.
Minimum of one year of experience in an early childhood setting.
LPN certificate preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Center Managers the use of community and agency resources.
Manage service agreements as directed by the Early Childhood Service Manager.
Monitor outcomes of Disabilities and Mental Health Services and develop strategies to improve outcomes.
Develop educational/service plans and facilitate implementation.
Prepare regular reports on progress of objectives for Enrichment Services Program, Inc.
