Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Parma Heights, OH seeks a Program Manager to oversee the day program’s supports and services and lead staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires a four-year degree in social or human services and at least two years in human services, with preference for management or supervisory experience. A dynamic, compliant program leader is needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals served at our Day Program.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Hiring, training and retaining quality employees.
• Participating in the development of behavior support plans for individuals served.
• Ensuring all PAWS are accurate and complete.
