Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking a part-time DIRFloortime therapist to work with autistic children in their homes within a 30-minute radius of your location. The role offers flexible weekday afternoon and evening sessions, with weekends optional, and a supportive team environment.

You’ll collect simple session data via a mobile device and collaborate with credentialed supervisors. A background check, ID, and reliable transportation are required to begin.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor).
• Willingness to use a phone/tablet to collect session data.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Valid form of ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors.
