Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking a part-time DIRFloortime therapist to support autistic children in their homes within 30 minutes of your location. You will provide engaging, play-based 1:1 therapy, building strong relationships and collecting session data with a phone or tablet.

Expect flexible weekday afternoons and evenings, optional weekends, and opportunities for supervision and mentorship in a collaborative team. Travel and client placement are arranged to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor).
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors.
