Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer Advisor to design, support, and enhance enterprise directory services across a large, global environment. You will work on AD, LDAP, and DNS, ensuring secure access to systems and applications while contributing to improvements in identity management and infrastructure practices.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in enterprise infrastructure, strong AD/LDAP/DNS expertise, PowerShell skills, and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in a large-scale environment (10,000+ users).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, and Windows Server technologies.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Group Policy administration.
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Understanding of ITIL Service Operations processes and best practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Active Directory, LDAP, and DNS environments.
• Support application migrations between domains and integrate with directory services.
• Respond to and help resolve Priority 1 incidents.
• Collaborate with application owners and technical teams to securely integrate apps with AD/LDAP.
• Improve identity, access, and entitlement management via directory services technologies.
• Provide engineering leadership for infrastructure solutions across locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure compatibility and performance issues.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement in processes, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain technical documentation and system configurations.
• Lead or support infrastructure projects with engineers, contractors, or vendors.
