Noor Staffing Group in Minneapolis area seeks a seasoned Business Development Director to lead physician engagement and growth in ambulatory surgery. You will recruit surgeons, expand partnerships, and drive volume across facilities.

The role requires a track record in healthcare sales, strong network with physicians, and proven leadership to grow case loads while maintaining high service standards.
