Aspire Health Alliance is seeking a Crisis Clinician to join our site-based team providing psychiatric emergency services to children, adults, and families at risk. The role offers supervision from an independently licensed supervisor, flexible schedules, and a chance to develop diagnostic and clinical skills in a fast-paced setting.

Job description

Aspire Health Alliance has an opening for a Crisis Clinician for our Site-based team! Crisis Clinicians have the opportunity to gain comprehensive diagnostic and clinical skills with a broad population, including children and adults! Work is fast-paced, but clinicians receive clinical supervision for each client seen by an experienced independently licensed supervisor.

Flexible schedules are available! (ie 4 10hr Shifts OR 3 12 shifts)

The office-based team of crisis clinicians provides psychiatric emergency services to children, adults, and families who are at serious risk of harming themselves or others. Our emergency services are available to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The crisis intervention team evaluates and stabilizes the crisis, and makes referrals to the most appropriate level of care. Psychiatric consultation and medication are available.

Required Skills

Required Experience

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or other similar field required. Degree must be from an accredited university and meet the requirements for independent licensure.

• Minimum of one year experience in a Crisis Intervention setting or related field placement in Crisis Intervention setting is highly preferred.
