Job summary

Aspire Health Alliance is seeking a Community Mental Health Clinician to provide interdisciplinary clinical care for adults with mental health and substance use diagnoses in the South Shore area, including Braintree. You will work under licensed clinicians, develop assessments, safety plans, and treatment plans, and participate in recovery-based service development.

The role offers some hybrid work, supervision for LICSW/LMHC licensure, a generous PTO package, and access to free CEU training.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Applied Behavioral Analysis.
  • Independent License preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clinical assessments, risk/safety planning, and treatment plans for clients.
  • Lead development of comprehensive recovery-based services within ACCS.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical leadership for assigned clients.

Our Community Mental Health Clinicians gain comprehensive clinical experience working under experienced, independently licensed clinicians. In addition, we offer a wide variety of career growth and training opportunities within our organization. The clinicians in our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program work with their supervisors and colleagues to develop clinical assessments, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for clients. They also lead the development of comprehensive recovery-based services, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and provide clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients.
