Ohio Farm Bureau Federation is seeking a dynamic program leader to drive the Young Agricultural Professionals (YAP) and Collegiate Farm Bureau initiatives. You will guide statewide programs, develop leadership experiences, and collaborate with volunteers, members, sponsors, and agricultural partners across Ohio and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five years in program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Experience in project management, training, facilitation, or leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Young Agricultural Professionals (YAP) program statewide.
• Manage the State YAP Committee onboarding, meeting planning, and development.
• Plan objectives, goals, and budgets for annual programs.
• Develop marketing strategies to grow participation and sponsorships.
• Coordinate collegiate and emerging leader programming across Ohio.
