Job summary

Capital One in Richmond, VA is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Associate Experience, overseeing the Workplace Experience Platform that connects internal tools and data to empower employees.

You will define a three-phase roadmap, lead a product team, and drive adoption across intranet, Slack, and AI assistants, while partnering with Engineering, Data/ML, and leadership to deliver high impact experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with generative AI products (e.g., Claude, Gemini) is preferred.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM orchestration protocols.
• Experience defining long-term digital strategy, roadmaps, and governance standards.
• Experience leading product management teams and mentoring senior-level reports.
• Strong liaison between Product, Engineering, Data/ML and senior executive leadership.
• Experience developing user enablement programs and standardizing interaction patterns.

Responsibilities

• Establish Strategic Vision: define and steward the end-to-end Workplace Experience Platform strategy across a three-phase roadmap.
• Lead Product Execution: direct a team to ship high-value solutions aligned with goals.
• Drive Enablement: champion intranet and AI-assisted adoption through enablement programs.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: coordinate with lines of business to build governance and a cohesive ecosystem.
