Overview:

The Director, Workplace & Corporate Services is responsible for leading the company’s administrative operations, workplace operations, across multiple business areas. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational scalability, infrastructure growth, and organizational efficiency in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Administration & Workplace Operations

• Office environment and workplace operations
• Facilities / property management
• EHS and workplace compliance
• Front desk and administrative support functions
• Workplace experience and operational support across departments

Fixed Asset Management

• Company-wide asset tracking and lifecycle management
• Establishing scalable operational controls and governance processes

Corporate Projects & Operational Excellence

• Office expansion, renovation, relocation, and infrastructure projects
• Support for large corporate initiatives and events
• Process optimization, operational standardization, and organizational efficiency improvements

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Build, structure, and lead the corporate administration and procurement organization
• Define team responsibilities, operating models, performance expectations, and career development plans
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and customer service

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in administration, operations, facilities, or business management leadership roles
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational improvements and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experiencebuilding teams, processes, and operational structure from 0 to 1
• Operate effectively in a fast-growing and evolving environment
• Strategic and hands-on
• Experience supporting 500+ employees
• Strong cross-functional leadership and execution capability
• Ability to scale corporate operations alongside business growth

Benefits

Salary range: $160,000 - $200,000
