Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience interpreting policy or regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with workforce development and higher education settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workforce Pell FIPSE grant deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and tracking systems.
• Interpret federal and NYS policy and translate into workflows.
• Ensure eligibility metrics: completion, job placement, earnings outcomes.
• Coordinate with NYS agencies for eligibility submissions and approvals.
• Design enrollment, financial aid integration, and program tracking workflows.
• Collaborate across ACE, Financial Aid, Institutional Research, and Career Services.
• Engage employers and labor unions to align programs with demand.
• Coordinate with CUNY Central for system-wide alignment.
