Job summary

Schwab seeks a Director to oversee a cross-functional team spanning SWA Fixed Income Consulting, SWA Options Consulting, and emerging specialist capabilities designed to support client acquisition and wealth planning strategies.

The Director will lead multiple people leaders and client-facing consultant teams, providing strategic direction and operational leadership across several specialized advice disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/ CFP preferred or equivalent.
• 10+ years in financial services with portfolio analysis and tax focus.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Series 7/66/24 or 9/10 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple consulting teams and set strategic direction.
• Lead leaders of teams, drive growth, and client outcomes.
• Partner across Wealth and Advice Solutions, Product, and Retail.
• Translate investment concepts into actionable guidance for advisors and clients.
