Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (AQN), parent company of Liberty, seeks a Director of Operations to lead Water/Wastewater operations in Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and growth while ensuring EH&S compliance and regulatory alignment across the utility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
• Experience leading water/wastewater operations and regulatory coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Directs water, wastewater, and reclaimed water operations across multiple states.
• Develops and manages operating and capital budgets and forecasts.
• Speaks to regulatory bodies and supports rate-making processes.
• Leads and develops Operations staff to achieve company goals.
• Ensures compliance with EH&S policies and all relevant regulations.
• Maintains exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.
