Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Procurement Leader to drive sourcing and commercial management of warehousing, distribution, cross-docking and related logistics services across Climate Solutions Americas. The role leads strategy, supplier selection, and governance for a transforming distribution network, with hybrid work in Atlanta, Charlotte or Palm Beach Gardens.

The candidate will partner with Finance, Legal, Real Estate, and Global Procurement to ensure cost efficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Finance or Business.
• Professional certification CPSM/CSCP/CPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop CSA warehousing and distribution sourcing strategy, including fulfillment, cross-docking, transloading, yard management, and value-added logistics services.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contracting.
• Establish contracts with clear performance metrics, incentives, gainsharing, audit rights, and governance.
• Deliver year-over-year productivity through process improvements and network optimization.
• Support warehouse launches, consolidations, and distribution center projects.
