SOLV Energy is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Warehouse & Logistics to build and lead warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics supporting our EPC and renewable projects nationwide. This role starts with a Dallas deployment and expands to a national warehouse network, improving material availability and delivery reliability.

The leader will manage a team of Regional Logistics Specialists, oversee 3PLs, and drive SOX-compliant controls, inventory accuracy, and cost

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics with multi-site experience.
• Experience launching warehouses and building distribution networks.
• SOX controls, financial reporting, and internal control experience.

Aufgaben

• Define warehouse network strategy: locations, capacity, and models.
• Lead new warehouse implementations from business case to readiness.
• Manage inbound/outbound inventory and 3PL coordination.
• Ensure SOX controls, cycle counts, and monthly close accuracy.
• Oversee WMS implementation and ERP integration with IT/Finance.
• Lead and develop four Regional Logistics Specialists.
