SOLV Energy, LLC seeks a strategic and hands-on Director of Warehouse & Logistics to build a national warehouse network supporting EPC projects and full-lifecycle renewable power plant operations. You will lead four Regional Logistics Specialists, coordinate with Field Logistics, and manage both company-owned and 3PL warehouses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in warehouse, inventory, logistics or supply chain.
• 3+ years leading teams and multi-site operations or network expansion.
• Experience launching warehouses and developing distribution strategies.
• SOX-controlled or similarly rigorous environment experience.
• WMS implementation or major transformation experience.
• Experience with 3PL providers and direct-employed warehouse teams.

Responsabilités

• Define warehouse network strategy: locations, service areas, capacity, inventory deployment, and operating models.
• Lead new warehouse implementations from business case to readiness.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes, storage, and reverse logistics across owned and 3PL warehouses.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, financial reporting support, and SOX-compliant controls.
• Drive technology roadmap for WMS and inventory with ERP integrations.
